When Koç Finans was selected as the pilot company for Koç Group's "Agile Transformation" project, we were tasked with telling the story of this significant cultural and operational shift. We aimed to create a film that was as dynamic and "agile" as the project itself. We combined the corporate nature of the subject with an energetic edit, candid and fun interviews, and creative animations that enriched the narrative. Our approach was to reflect every stage of the transformation and its positive impact on the employees with a sincere, insider's perspective. The result is a film that transforms an abstract concept like "agile transformation" into an enjoyable, understandable, and inspiring story. The film doesn't just document a process; it celebrates the new and dynamic work culture of Koç Finans.
